Which CRM can reach a next level

Customer Relation Management systems is the tool to store vital data from customers, relation, suspects, prospects, quotes. The stored data can be, in genera easily, exchanged with business systems and is a vital process. The CRM GUI interfaces, especially the established ones, are in general awful. The CRM GUI have to many options and options which has no value and confuse users. Work instructions, procedures, training guide for users will mold the operations to use it but it is so 1980.
If CRM solutions will be perceived as a commodity and open source community initiatives will drive this more thorough then innovation and renewal will invoke human – machine interfaces which are less IT driven. The established CRM software solution providers will probably not invoke this change. They still make a lot of their money with all the customer required prototyping and change requests.
One of the few companies who drive change for CRM is Covide. Template driven CRM systems will for-fill a business requirement need of many organizations and lower (initial) setup costs. Time for CRM to step up to a next level.
Google Apps & Covide

Google Apps heeft voor menig bedrijf voordelen. Bestanden zijn altijd centraal bereikbaar. Mail, adresboek, collaboratie platform zijn binnen handbereik. Vanuit een “cost over ownership” zijn er nog meer voordelen: denk aan geen licentie beheer meer, server – applicatie up-time van > 98%. Geen upgrade en update contracten meer. De basis van google apps is (wordt) solide maar hoe kan er een extra stap gedaan worden waarbij project management, sales, customer relationship management en een telefoon centrale geïntegreerd kan worden?
